Full Description

(ST 81482107) The Southern Electricity Board has Recently erected many poles in this area. Two of these disclosed late Romano-British pottery. (1-2)

ST 81502108 - The surveyed site of the nearest electricity pole and the only one in the immediate vicinity though seven others are placed in the southern and western boundary of the field.

The field is grass covered. There were no surface finds of archaeological interest and visible trace of antiquity. (3)
