Summary

Baths, billiard rooms and coffee rooms designed by Charles Wallis of Dorchester and built by William Morton Pitt in 1825. Now a pair of Regency style semi-detached villas. The building is two storeys high with rendered walls and a low-pitched slate roof. There are two slightly projecting bays to each end with arched recesses. To the ground floor front there are three doors and two round-headed windows arranged from the left as door, window , two doors, window. To the first floor there five plain headed windows.
