Seventeenth century house, originally timber framed but somewhat restored. Walls part timber framed, part brick, a tiled roof with stone eaves course, and a brick chimney stack.

'(41) Cottages, two adjacent, Nos. 9 and 10 West Row, are single-storeyed with attics and have rendered walls and tiled roofs; they appear to be of the 17th century.'
