Full Description
A banked circular enclosure, similar in appearance to the Studland Circles which are located to the north, is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs on Studland Heath, centred at SZ 02310 83805. The enclosure is of unclear function and date. Excavation of one of the Studland Circles in 2009 found it to be constructed rather than natural and thought to be post-18th century in date. This feature was recorded from EH Reconnaissance aerial photographs of 2011. (1-2)
