Mention of uninscribed silver coins being found at Bere Regis, is made by Gen. Pitt Rivers, but no details given. "British coins have been found at Bere Regis" (1b) Bere Regis is centred at SY 84709488. (1)
No further information was obtained during field investigating upon these coins. (2)
