Two hollows are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the west of Broom Hill, Bere Regis. They range from 20m to 45m across and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project. They are considered likely to be the sites of post medieval chalk pits.

Two hollows are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the west of Broom Hill, Bere Regis <1>. They range from 20m to 45m across and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project. They are considered likely to be the sites of post medieval chalk pits.
