Summary

Five hollows are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery, in fields to the south and east of Muddox Barrow Farm, Bere Regis. They range from 18m to 22m across and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project. They are considered likely to be the sites of post medieval chalk pits.

Five hollows are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery, in fields to the south and east of Muddox Barrow Farm, Bere Regis <1>. They range from 18m to 22m across and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project. They are considered likely to be the sites of post medieval chalk pits.
