Faint cropmarks of a probable Iron Age or Roman rectilinear ditched field system centred at SY 7838 9619 which is visible on aerial photographs taken in 2015 as part of the Historic England Reconnaissance Recording Programme. One of the linear boundaries of the field system appears to lead to the entrance of a probable Iron Age or Roman settlement enclosure (NRHE 1623073) centred at SY 7828 9604. <1>
