Summary

Site of a World War II auxiliary unit operational base recorded 'very near to public right of way and near to cottages', near the bridleway north of Doreys Farm, southeast of East Holme. The base was constructed in 1940-41 and by 1949 was considered to be in a dangerous condition. The precise location and condition of the site is uncertain.
