Irregular banked linear features within an area of disturbed ground in a field at Lytchett Matravers, are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs [1]. The features might be associated with a post medieval extractive pit and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project. The features are under housing on 2022 Google Earth imagery.
