Banked linear features in fields to the east of Lytchett Matravers are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs [1]. The features might be field boundaries of medieval to post medieval date and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project. The features are no longer visible on 2021 APGB imagery.
