Full Description

A sub-circular mound in a field to the north of Morden is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs and on current Environment Agency lidar imagery [1, 2]. The feature measure around 23m in diameter and is positioned at the junction of two possibly later prehistoric field boundaries (part of field system MDO46533). It is considered to possibly be a Bronze Age bowl barrow and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.
