Full Description
Two banked curvilinear features within fields to the north of Winterborne Zelston are visible as earthworks on current Environment Agency lidar imagery [1]. The features do not appear to correspond with the historic field pattern and might be field boundaries of later prehistoric date, although a later, perhaps medieval origin, is also possible. They may be associated with similar features to the north (MCO46818) in Sturminster Marshall parish. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.
