Full Description

An oval banked mound to the south of Windmill Burrow Farm, Lytchett Matravers, is visible as an earthwork on current Environment Agency lidar imagery [1]. The feature measures approximately 12m long by 6m wide and is recorded as a medieval pillow mound under NRHE Hob UID 1083106. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.
