Full Description
An area of linear drainage ditches to the southeast of Newton Peveril, Sturminster Marshall, is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs (2021) and on current Environment Agency lidar imagery (Environment Agency 2021). The features link into sluices and channels recorded on the OS 1st Edition map and may form part of a post medieval water meadow. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.
