They are considered likely to be post medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

Two hollows are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the east of Abbot's Court Farm, Winterborne Kingston <1>. They are considered likely to be post medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
