Summary

A hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery at the western end of a small copse to the southeast of Bushes Farm, Winterborne Zelston. It is marked as an unanotated hollow on the OS 2nd Edition map and is considered likely to be a post medieval chalk pit. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

A hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery at the western end of a small copse to the southeast of Bushes Farm, Winterborne Zelston <1>. It is marked as an unanotated hollow on the OS 2nd Edition map <2> and is considered likely to be a post medieval chalk pit. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
