Full Description
A loose spread of probable post medieval extractive pits in fields to the north of Dullar Wood, Lytchett Matravers, are visible as earthworks on current Environment Agency lidar imagery [1]. One of the features, to the north of Dullar Farm, is recorded as an old quarry on the OS 1st Edition map [2]. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.
