Summary

Traces of an undated banked field system are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and aerial photographs to the south of Marsh Lane Anderson. The features cover an area of over 35 hectares and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM. Whilst undated, a prehistoric origin is possible. The field system extends to the south and west and is recorded further in records MDO46570-2.

Traces of an undated banked field system are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and aerial photographs to the south of Marsh Lane Anderson <1>-3. The features cover an area of over 35 hectares and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM. Whilst undated, a prehistoric origin is possible. The field system extends to the south and west and is recorded further in records MDO46570-2.
