Summary

The probable site of a Bronze Age round barrow is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery to the north of Winterborne Kingston village. It comprises a low mound, 18m across, surrounded by an outer ring ditch visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs taken in 1980. The site was digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM.

The probable site of a Bronze Age round barrow is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery to the north of Winterborne Kingston village <1>. It comprises a low mound, 18m across, surrounded by an outer ring ditch visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs taken in 1980 <2>.
