Monument record MDO46424 - Post medieval chalk pit, Peat Hill, Winterborne Whitechurch

An unannotated hollow is marked on the OS 2nd edition map to the north of Peat Hill, Winterborne Whitechurch. It is visible as a hollow, 20m across, on lidar imagery and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project, it is considered likely to be a post medieval chalk pit.
