Full Description
Fragments of banked field boundaries are visible as earthworks aerial photographs to either side of the Roman Road at Bere Down, Bere Regis <1-4>. The linears run approximately NE-SW and are considered to be later prehistoric or Roman in date. They cover an area of over 36 hectares and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM.
