Full Description
Traces of a field system can be seen as low earthworks on lidar imagery to the south of West Farm, to the west of the River Winterborne, Winterborne Whitechurch <1>. The banked field system covers an area of over 43 hectares and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM. The system is a continuation of that described in MDO46396 and may be a later prehistoric system reused in the medieval period.
