Summary

The probable site of a Bronze Age round barrow is visible as a low earthwork mound on lidar imagery on the boundary between Bere Regis and Winterborne Kingston. It lies immediately to the northeast of the barrow described in MDO7139 and is one of a small arc of four possible barrows. The site was digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM.

Full Description

The probable site of a Bronze Age round barrow is visible as a low earthwork mound on lidar imagery on the boundary between Bere Regis and Winterborne Kingston <1>. It lies immediately to the northeast of the barrow described in MDO7139 and is one of a small arc of four possible barrows. The site was digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM.
