Summary

A group of four conjoined circular and subcircular ditched enclosures is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the east of Roke Farm, Bere Regis. The northernmost of the group is a near perfect circle 23m across and may be site of a primary round barrow with three others later added to the south west, south and south east. The site was digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM.

Full Description

A group of four conjoined circular and subcircular ditched enclosures is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the east of Roke Farm, Bere Regis <1>. The northernmost of the group is a near perfect circle 23m across and may be site of a primary round barrow with three others later added to the south west, south and south east. The site was digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM.
