Five hollows are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in fields to the east of The Plantation, Winterborne Whitechurch <1>. They are between 12m and 34m across and considered likely to be post medieval chalk pits. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
