Summary

Two hollows, between 20 and 37m across, are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in the field to the west of Clenston Grange, Winterborne Clenston. They are considered likely to be a post medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

Seven hollows, between 14 and 37m across, are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in the field to the northwest of Clenston Grange, Winterborne Clenston <1>. They are considered likely to be a post medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
