Summary

Three hollows, between 10m and 20m across, are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the east of Valley View Farm, Winterborne Stickland. They are considered likely to be a post medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

Three hollows, between 10m and 20m across, are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the east of Valley View Farm, Winterborne Stickland <1>. They are considered likely to be a post medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
