Summary

Twenty six hollows are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery to the northwest of St Mary's Church, Winterborne Stickland. They range in size from 5m to 25m across and are considered likely to be post medieval chalk pits. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

Twenty six hollows are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery to the northwest of St Mary's Church, Winterborne Stickland <1>.
