Summary

Possible site of a World War II observation post recorded on Chesil Beach. It was located on the landward side of the area of water between the mainland and Chesil Beach with the open front facing Chesil Beach. The structure was constructed in 1940-41 and is build of concrete. A field visit in 2001 found the structure to be in a good condition.
