Full Description
Two hollows are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs and low earthworks on lidar imagery to the north of Red Barn Farm, Blandford St Mary <1-2>. They are 16-21m across and considered likely to be post medieval chalk pits. They are in close proximity to the enclosure described in MDO3585, they were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
