A dispersed group of four hollows is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery to the northeast of Great Coll Wood, Spetisbury. They range from 15m to 22m across and are considered likely to be a post medieval chalk pits. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

A dispersed group of four hollows is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery to the northeast of Great Coll Wood, Spetisbury <1>. They range from 15m to 22m across and are considered likely to be a post medieval chalk pits. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
