Summary

Curvilinear ditched features in fields to the southeast of Henbury Manor, Sturminster Marshall, are visible as faint earthworks on 1940s and 50s aerial photographs. The features are considered likely to be trackways of post medieval date and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Full Description

Curvilinear ditched features in fields to the southeast of Henbury Manor, Sturminster Marshall, are visible as faint earthworks on 1940s and 50s aerial photographs [1, 2]. The features are considered likely to be trackways of post medieval date and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.They are no longer visible on 2021 APGB imagery.
