Summary

A curvilinear ditched feature is visible as a soilmark in a field to the east of Luton Farm on a 1976 aerial photograph. The feature is considered likely to be a trackway of possible post medieval date, although an earlier origin is also possible. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Full Description

A curvilinear ditched feature is visible as a soilmark in a field to the east of Luton Farm on a 1976 aerial photograph [1]. The feature extends between a historic field boundary and Ash Plantation and is considered likely to be a trackway of possible post medieval date, although an earlier origin is also possible. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.
