Summary
A sub-oval ring ditch is visible to the east of Tarrant Monkton as a cropmark on aerial photographs. The feature may be the outer ditch around a plough levelled Bronze Age round barrow. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Full Description
A sub-oval ring ditch is visible to the east of Tarrant Monkton as a cropmark on aerial photographs [1]. The feature is approximately 26m by 16m, the ditch being approximately 0.5m wide. It may be the outer ditch of a plough levelled Bronze Age round barrow and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.
