St. Edward the Martyr's Church:

Nothing is known of this church or its site, except that it was consolidated to All Saints church before 1299.

On the south side of St. James's Street two large ancient doors of two houses may belong to the churches of All Saints and St. Edward's. (see ST 82 SE 32 - All Saints Church). The church is mentioned in the Sarum Registers of Institution. <1>

No further information was obtained during field investigation. The only dateable architectural features seen on the south side of St. James's Street were a few fragments of 17th century work. <2>
