Full Description

A 17thc. house which retains an original 4 light window, and remains of other windows. <2>

Known as LOWER PERHAY FARM. I believe it is Elizabethan <3.1>. T2 correct. The window referred to is mullioned and has a dripstone. It is in the South face. Another mullioned window is in the East face but it has been blocked up. The farmhouse is stone built and is well preserved. It is partly stucco faced and is almost entirely of one period of building. <3>
