Full Description

A 17thc. House partly built of cob-walling. It retains some original windows with moulded oak frames and mullions. <2>

Known as LAVINCES FARM. I know nothing of its history <3.1>. A roughly built insignificant stone farmhouse with external modern brick additions on the west. All the visible external doorrs and windows are comparatively modern and T2 could not be found compatable with the present state of the house. It entirely lacks external features of dateable antiquity though adjoining the house in the south is a part cob and part stone built outhouse. <3>
