Full Description

Coombe Cottage, now three tenements, is two storeyed, rubble-built and thatched, dating from about 1600 with a later extension on the west. <2>

Inside are some old oak partitions and three original moulded beams carved with paterae. <3>

The building, now known as 'Coombe' <4.1> consists of four tenements, the most northerly of which is an addition of unknown date. All are stone-built with part thatch, part tile and part corrugated-iron roofs. There are no external features of dateable antiquity. <4>
