A large hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery [1] in the field to the east of Portman Hunt Kennels, Bryanston. It is 52m across and is likely to be a post medieval chalk pit; it was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
