Summary

A sub-circular mound is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the east of Roundbush Wood and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AI&M Project. It is 10m by 13m across and lies within the later prehistoric field system described in MDO3767; it may be a contemporay feature, and/or potentially the site of a Bronze Age round barrow.

A sub-circular mound is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery [1] to the east of Roundbush Wood and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AI&M Project. It is 10m by 13m across and lies within the later prehistoric field system described in MDO3767; it may be a contemporay feature, and/or potentially the site of a Bronze Age round barrow.
