Summary

The possible site of a possible prehistoric ditched enclosure is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the north of Beech Clump, Bryanston. It is possible the northern portion of MDO38876 and is associated with an extensive field system which is described separately in MDO44886. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM Project.

Full Description

The possible site of a possible prehistoric ditched enclosure, over 100m across, is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the north of Beech Clump, Bryanston [1-2]. It is possible the northern portion of MDO38876 and is associated with an extensive field system which is described separately in MDO44886. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM Project.
