An area of parallel cultivation marks is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery to the west of Hammett's Farm Cottages [1]. They are considered likely to be of medieval date and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project; they cover an area of 6 hectares.
