Full Description
A system of perpendicular banked field boundaries is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the northeast of Four Acre Coppice, Durweston [1]. The boundaries cover an area of 13 hectares and are considered to be medieval or post medieval in date although some may represent reuse of earlier prehistoric boundaries; they were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
