Full Description

[ST 644003] Medieval deerpark suggested by a copse with the placename New Park on the Tithe Roll. Nearby are two fields jointly named Part of Old Park. Nothing has been found on the ground to support the suggestion of an embanked park. <1>

New Park is an area of dense coppice; no evidence of a park pale. <2>
