Eight subcircular hollows are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in the field to the southeast of Normandy Farm, Winterborne Strickland [1]. They are 12-26m across and likely to be post medieval chalk pits; they were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
