Full Description
Two extractive pits with external doughnuts of spoil are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery to the west of Traveller's Rest, Durweston [1]. They are considered likely to be post medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
