Summary

An enclosure, defined by a ditch, and with evidence for Bronze Age and Iron Age activity, is located close to Ryall's Farm. Some excavation occurred in 1990.

Full Description

This enclosure was excavated and described by Martin Green as ' A large enclosure with a ditch almost 2m deep, (that) produced pottery spanning the late Bronze Age to early Iron Age.' The description includes a plan. <3>

Part of this enclosure was observed and transcribed from aerial photography dating from July 1976. <1>
