Full Description
Two small extractive pits are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in the field to the northwest of The Folly, Durweston [1]. The features are 18-20m across and considered to be post medieval chalk pits; they were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
