Full Description
An unannotated hollow is marked on the Ordnance Survey 2nd edition map to the north of The Folly, Durweston [1]; it is considered likely to be the site of a post medieval chalk pit. The hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery [2] and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
